Ngozi Ikenga was born into the family of Mr and Mrs julius uwandulu in Issele-Azagba, Aniocha North local Govt area in Delta state Nigeria. She obtained a Bachelor of law from the University of Calabar, Masters in Law from University of lagos.  She also holds a Master degree in Library Information studies from the University of Ibadan. She is a life member of the international federation of women lawyers and presently serving as the chairperson of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja Branch. A member of the international Bar Association, Nigerian Bar Association, American Library Association.  She is a resource person and speaker at many local and international conferences. She is married to Engr. John NduKa Ikenga and they are blesses with children.
